Ludor pieces are prepared with care and inspected before dispatch. Because many items may involve limited availability, presentation-specific preparation, or personalised details, returns are handled with selectivity.

Standard Collection Returns

Returns for standard collection pieces may be requested within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Returned items must show no signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the piece.

Private Orders and Personalised Pieces

Private Orders, personalised pieces, and commissioned items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Limited Edition Pieces

Limited Edition pieces may be non-returnable due to their release-specific nature.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ludor within 2 days of delivery with your order details and supporting images.

Where appropriate, Ludor will review the issue and advise on the next steps.

Return Approval

Returns must be approved by Ludor before being sent back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
